Cheesy Wild Rice Soup

This is one of my NEW favorite soups for a chilly wet day.

1 box of instant or quick Wild rice ( I use Uncle Ben's)
Tyson chicken strips (cook them to your style)
4 cups of milk
8oz. Velveeta cheese cubed
1 can of condensed (non-diluted) potato soup
Extra shredded cheese
bacon crumbles if wanted

SIDE:
quick mix Italian Herb bread...AMAZING and it takes less than an hour to fix!


cook the rice as directed on package
cook your chicken strips (if wanted) as wanted
combine your milk, cheese, cooked rice and soup, bring to boil and then turn heat down until cheese is melted. Add additional cheese if wanted.

Make bread according to box while soup is cooking.
